According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” you may return or exchange goods of satisfactory quality within 14 days. The delivery cost is covered by the buyer.
The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Returns are processed through the transport company that delivered the goods to the buyer. Refunds are issued to the buyer’s bank card, provided at the time of the return request, within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receiving the return request.
