This Confidentiality Agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as citizens’ right to privacy and freedom of expression.
The online store “Young Blood”, committed to fostering relationships with customers and recognizing the importance of protecting your personal data, has prepared this Confidentiality Agreement (Privacy Policy), hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy,” to address potential disputes and misunderstandings. It also outlines the terms of use for the online store’s website, young-blood.store, hereinafter referred to as the “site.” Please read this page carefully, as the information contained here is important for you as a site user.

1.1.5. “User of the Ragnarok Store Online Store Site” is an individual who has access to the site via the internet and uses the online store’s site.
1.1.6. “Cookies” are small data fragments sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the server each time an attempt is made to open the relevant site page.
1.1.7. “IP Address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network structured according to the IP protocol.
2.1. By using the site or purchasing products offered on the site and responding to necessary questions in the registration form or when making a purchase, the user confirms that they consent to the online store “Young Blood” and its authorized representatives processing their personal data, and they confirm they are of legal age.
2.2. The user consents to the Site Administration processing the information received, including the collection, organization, structuring, storage, updating (correction), use, dissemination, anonymization, blocking, and destruction of personal data specified in the form for the purposes of creating a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, and interacting with the user, including via telecommunications networks, such as sending SMS messages and emails, until this consent is revoked.
2.3. The user confirms their consent that the Site Administration has the right to communicate with the user by making direct contact through various means, including, but not limited to, postal mail, email, and internet.
2.4. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following information:
2.4.1. User’s full name;
2.4.2. Contact phone number;
2.4.3. Email address;
2.4.4. Delivery address for the product;
2.4.5. User’s place of residence.
3.1. The online store “Young Blood” uses the user’s personal information for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Identifying the user registered on the online store site to process orders and/or enter into a remote purchase agreement with the online store “Young Blood.”
3.1.2. Providing effective customer support to the user;

3.1.7. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
4.1. Categories of personal data collected by the site (either independently or through third parties) include: Cookies and data on usage of network resources.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the user independently, or the site may collect it automatically during its use.

4.3. Users are responsible for the personal data of third parties they obtain, publish, or share using the site, confirming they have the consent of these third parties to provide the data to the owner.
5.1. The processing of the user’s personal data is carried out without any time limitation, using any legal method, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation.
5.2. The user agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the user’s order placed on the Young Blood online store site, including product delivery.
6.1. Users have the right to:
6.1.1. Know whether their personal data has been stored;
6.1.2. Contact the Site Administration to learn about the content and origin of their data;
6.1.3. Verify the accuracy of their data or request it to be supplemented;
6.1.4. Delete, update, or correct their data;
6.1.5. Anonymize their data;
6.1.6. Block any data stored in violation of the law;
6.1.7. Oppose the processing of their data on any legal grounds.
6.2. Relevant requests should be sent to the Site Administration at the contact information provided on the site.
7.1. The site collects information about your visits to our websites to compile visit statistics and evaluate usage effectiveness, as well as to personalize the approach and adapt to each user’s interests. 7.2. 10.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the online store site, unless otherwise specified in the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
10.3. If the user disagrees with any changes to the Rules, they must stop using the site and request that the Site Administration delete their personal data.
